Raw Unpasteurized Honey
We chose raw unpasteurized honey very intentionally. Compared with typical processed honey, raw honey can retain more of its natural enzymes, phenolics, and antioxidant activity, which is exactly why it fit the standard we set for this formula from the beginning. If an ingredient was going into Sapp, we wanted it to bring more than sweetness.
